The 3-Bite Technique. (A detailed walkthrough of a mindful eating tool designed to help you ACT on your “Wise Mind” to make intentional food choices. I will be screen sharing!)
The cooking demo will feature:
Thai Noodle Summer Salad
Multipurpose Asian Dressing
Almond Raspberry Cake Bites (featuring chickpea flour!)
The noodle salad and cake bites are gluten-free and vegan. As always, variations will be suggested during the demo!

This is a one-hour, donation-based cooking workshop on Zoom. I appreciate your support of the thought, preparation, and time that I devote to these workshops.
