In this workshop you will receive:
A live cooking demo, from start to finish (+ the recording afterward)
All-Seasons Indian Skillet recipe (a one-pot meal + a bonus recipe)
A walk-through of seasonal variations and two possible serving styles: One-Pot Meal and Bowl Meal
A handout of my Indian Skillet Formula: a flexible framework to help you create your own Indian skillet any week of the year.
The useful “Wise Mind” model to help you overcome food guilt and make the food choices you WANT to be making for your weight and well-being. (I will be screen sharing!)
The cooking demo will feature:
All-Seasons Indian Tomato Skillet
Coconut Mint Chutney
Variations will be suggested to make the skillet dairy-free or tomato-free

This is a one-hour, donation-based cooking workshop on Zoom. I appreciate your support of the thought, preparation, and time that I devote to these workshops.
