Break the Emotional Eating Cycle - a Holiday Workshop
Do you find that your food thoughts and behavior become a little wacky or amplified this time of year? That may look like food and body anxiety or eating behavior that is mindless, rigid, fearful, binge-y, stress- or emotion-induced, or that otherwise feels out of control.
For many, the period of festive celebration can also be a landmine of overwhelming food situations, triggering social or family dynamics, and feelings of sadness or loneliness that lead to working out our emotions through food (and other self-sabotaging behavior).
If you can relate to the above, then I invite you to join me for a special holiday workshop. It is my hope that this workshop helps you to develop supportive, affirming, and nourishing patterns this year. In our time together, I’ll guide you to explore where you get stuck during the holidays and to cultivate a gentle but concrete plan for approaching food and your emotions with clarity, compassion, and intention this season.
